Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions to our booking room service are set to automatically renew at the end of each subscription term unless canceled by the user. This ensures uninterrupted access to our service and prevents any disruptions in booking room availability.


Prior to the renewal date, users will receive a notification reminding them of the upcoming renewal and providing instructions on how to manage their subscription settings, including canceling automatic renewal if desired.


Subscription fees for automatic renewal will be charged to the payment method on file unless canceled by the user before the renewal date. Users can update their payment information or choose a different payment method at any time through their account settings.


Users have the option to cancel automatic renewal at any time before the renewal date. Once canceled, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current subscription term, after which access to the booking room service will expire unless renewed manually.


Refunds for automatic renewal charges are subject to our refund policy. Please refer to our refund policy for more information on eligibility and procedures for requesting a refund.
